2.2. Modification Rights: Free Soul Holistic LLC reserves the right to edit or modify any submitted Materials to fit the format and requirements of the directory.

3. Directory Placement and Promotions

3.1. Discretionary Placement: Free Soul Holistic LLC has full discretion over the information shared in the directory and the placement of businesses within the directory.

 

3.2. No Guarantee of Sales: Inclusion in the directory is for promotional purposes only and does not guarantee any sales or business outcomes.

4. Donations and Refunds

4.1. Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made to Free Soul Holistic LLC in connection with the directory placement are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

4.2. Guaranteed Placement: Donations guarantee at least one week of placement in the top three listed spots within the directory. The timing of this placement will be determined by Free Soul Holistic LLC but will not exceed six months from the date of acceptance and admittance to the directory.

 

4.3. Additional Promotional Opportunities: Free Soul Holistic LLC may, at its discretion, offer additional promotional opportunities to businesses included in the directory.
